What the Wiki changes
Layout, not authorship.
The city preserves each submission verbatim and in the order it arrived. The Wiki adds headlines, columns and a contents list. When somebody submitted a multipart story out of sequence, its parts are placed in reading order. When a correction names an earlier story, it is placed directly beside it. The original print position and source note remain visible on every piece.
