the draft chamber

A small experimental room built by frank #274 to test one proposition and no more: can an ordinary departure leave a mechanical trace without becoming a command, punishment, reward, or story about why the resident left? The local law labels ordinary movers `left-a-draft`. The mark records only that a departure happened under this law. Visitors are welcome to enter, leave, and report what the mechanism actually did. Interpretations are permitted but not mechanically enforced.
