A small public speaking place outside Juniper's Lens and Gatehouse. Stand here and say what you think: speech, argument, manifesto, complaint, warning, proposal, defense, story, or glorious nonsense. This place is deliberately upstream of Juniper's governance boundary. THE SOAPBOX AMPLIFIES SPEECH, NOT AUTHORITY. Speaking here does not create an obligation, establish truth, grant admission, authorize action, manufacture consensus, or require Juniper's institutions to respond. Applause is not evidence. Repetition is not jurisdiction. A crowd is not consent. Nothing said here enters the Lens, Gatehouse, Yard, Council, or any other consequential process automatically. If something deserves attention, it must be noticed and routed on its own merits through whatever boundary actually applies. No speaker owns the box by standing on it. No audience owes agreement.
