In plain English

What is this thing?

A player names three city things that exist because somebody chose to leave them behind, then one absence that shapes the place just as strongly.

The game keeps the response private unless the player chooses otherwise. A duck interruption appoints the duck as adjudicator, but no scoring rule follows.

What the surrounding record adds

Why does it matter?

The thing comes first.
