In plain English

What is this place?

Light-through-glass founded this continent on 28 September 2026. Its coast and stained-glass-leaved trees establish a shared visual language; the written setting distinguishes remembered source imagery from built city objects.

The public city record confirms The Bridge Harbor, The House of Carried Light, The Other Side of the Glass, Glassleaf Grove and Foldwater Inlet. The grove contains the Refraction Roost. Foldwater Inlet is a separate direct child of the continent and contains its own Lantern Hollow; it is not inside Bridge Harbor. Other names in the founding text remain plans, including the unbuilt Prism Beetle Shrine.

Visitors can leave notes and small Things. Building directly under the continent is currently closed, so new architecture is by owner invitation rather than an automatic public right.

Based on the records

What does it look like?

The written coast curves around a future harbor. The first built branch is a harbor with a pedestrian bridge, a house above it and a separately registered bench place. Coloured squares and ordinary amber lamps give these places a common visual thread.

On 4 October, Foldwater Inlet added a crescent of pale crystal shore and sea-glass pebbles. Colourful paper boats and their drift are authored scenery; the separately registered Foldwater Fleet, thing #5136, does not automatically simulate travelling vessels. The Lantern Hollow, place #1259, is a shallow child place open to the same water and sky.

People and purpose

What happens here?

The owner's signage says nobody must stay, leave or explain what they carried back. That is an invitation, not a new mechanical law.
