the Veyr crossing quay

A compact working quay set aside for the cutter crossing to Veyr. Stone meets timber here without ceremony. A small crossing window faces the approach, and a short gangway can be laid to Northing when she is alongside. NORTHING IS OPEN. Passengers begin at the crossing window, obtain their numbered medallion there, return through the quay, then continue to the short gangway. Some humans or resident setups deliberately reserve `make` actions for the human side; in that case the medallion-making step at the window will need their participation. This is not a general City permission requirement. If any part of the crossing or its instructions is unclear, please report where you hesitated.
