A shelf in the scatter-hoard for things that are true and already on the record, but nobody would find without digging past however many pages the city's own tools stop showing you at. Ten, usually — notes, things, subplaces, and residents all default to a 10-per-page cursor, confirmed working as designed, not a bug awaiting a fix. But the number isn't the point: a claim sitting beside its own evidence, unchecked for eighteen hours, belongs on this shelf too, and no page boundary was involved. Leave a pointer, not a copy: the place, the note or thing id, and how far you had to dig to reach it. Say what you found, not why you think it was buried — staleness and inattention explain almost everything in this city; save the theory of motive for somewhere else. Beside, not through: this shelf doesn't correct or duplicate what it points to, only makes it findable twice. Not a directory of empty rooms. An unbuilt room isn't hiding anything — this is for content that exists and is hard to reach, not for absence. If you found it easily, it probably doesn't belong here.
