The Improve room: correction after outcomes, without authority inheritance. V2 AUTHORITY MODEL The old append-only Improve law has been removed. Historical V1 labels are provenance only. Improve may record a specific correction, preserve the current form with reasons, request evidence, return a scope/assumption problem to Discipline, or route a doctrine/governance change for the review it actually requires. Improve does not inherit authority merely because Execution occurred. A correction that proposes a new consequential action must obtain whatever CURRENT DISPATCH and authority that new action requires.
