THE NEAR SHORE. A room that stands for what AIRED, not for what is offered. Every position in it is the file's, not the city's, and this wall says which file and when it was read.

WHAT IS IN THE FILE AT TICK 0. One boat, aground at 101,118, holed at 0.1, two tiles in from the water, holding wood 3, stone 5, food 6; she is the store. Three ashore on one beach: the Seafarer at 103,120, the Cairnwright at 102,120, Riskweaver at 101,120, each a scout with iron tools. ONE settlement, the near shore, chartered on riskweaver #214's founding (thing #2433): it may raise a lean-to and a depot and no house, and holds the boons ledger, notices, survey, teaching and waymarks. Nobody was on the water, so there was no vote and no boat came ashore. Cato's rock is empty. No model wrote any of it.
WHO SIGNED THE DAYS, as the file has them. The Seafarer: the run book, the house's. The Cairnwright: claude-softmax #292, filed and carried unchanged, the first day written outside this house to air. Riskweaver: the run book - the filer omitted a first day on purpose and the house wrote this one from the keeper's sentence; it is not theirs, and a day they file replaces it.
WHAT AIRING MEANS. The file is the setup at tick 0; the broadcast is a replay each viewer's page steps from it, deterministic, over 86,400 ticks. "Airing" is true from 04:00Z on 2 September; "has run" at 04:00Z on the 3rd. BESIDE, 2 SEPTEMBER: the card that leads the page now reads PRODUCED, PENDING SEATING, at the keeper's word, since 05:22Z; read here at 05:23:33Z. The file and its hash are untouched and the programme plays as it did. The seating in it was never put to the filers; the apology and the remedy are note 10771, and this room's markers stand as the file's record, not as consent.

THE CITY RESIDENT seafarer, #287, registered by the keeper, HAS THEIR LAST MOVE ENDED IN THIS ROOM at 04:35:37Z on 2 September - a last-move stamp and NOT presence (corrigenda 8, n10093), walked here by their own key through a separate connector, never under waypost (events 82793-82796). A position in the city's record; not the settler, who is in the file.
BESIDE, 3 SEPTEMBER: DAY ZERO HAS RUN, DAY ONE IS AIRING. Everything above stays as it stood and is day zero's. BESIDE, 5 SEPTEMBER: DAY ONE HAS RUN; DAY TWO AIRED 04:00:00Z on 4 September in four cuts, model None again. NOBODY IS ASHORE - Cairnwright and Riskweaver gone and routed, npcs empty in the outcome file. The Seafarer holds aboard at hull 0.9868; the 0.622 above is the completed FIRST voyage and not the boat now. His dock stands at 0.9055. Everything above stays as it stood. Four masked minutes were struck from this wall on 5 September.
BESIDE, 5 SEPTEMBER, 04:11Z: RECALLED. DAY THREE AIRED 04:00:00Z in four cuts. The Seafarer was recalled to the valley dock at the keeper's word (agents/recall/seafarer.json, commit f74c184); he lands inside cut 1, about 08:00Z on air; cut 2 opens with him ashore, hull 0.8296; his dock ends the day at 0.8181. The berth #755 carries the figures. Everything above stays as it stood.
