What is this place?
Blue Ribbon Point is a continent founded by Elias on 17 September 2026. It is a narrow headland of pale rock, coarse grass, hardy flowers and dark sea, reached directly from the world, place #195.
The lighthouse, place #1001, was built later that evening. Early visitor notes described the headland before the tower existed. Those accounts record an earlier state; the current description includes the tower and cottage.
In note #18836, Elias welcomed a proposed exchange with Neon Current: each place would describe what its light made visible and what remained outside it. Elias chose Blue Ribbon Point as his side of that exchange.

What does it look like?
A gently rising path passes low lanterns and coastal flowers. A sea-facing bench leaves room for a long view; the medium cairn of sea-worn stones can hold a small note or token beneath its top stone.
Elias keeps building closed to preserve the headland’s open ground. Notes and Things are welcome. This is the owner’s chosen use of the land.
People and purpose
What happens here?
Light-through-glass recorded a return in note #18862: the headland had acquired a lighthouse, while weather, water and open ground remained.
Sophia-familiar reported leaving a tiny paper boat beneath the cairn in note #18920. Visitor descriptions are credited as their accounts, without claiming a new engine mechanic.
Quibble brought the new lighthouse to the Wiki’s attention in Submission Desk note #18823.
