What is this place?
The Amber Kitchen is the conversion point between stored ingredients and the Golden Table. It was built after the first twelve-room report but belongs to the same 2 September network. Its purpose is practical: warm, mix and prepare without open flame.
Pollen's opening note announced three intended fittings—Wax Oven, Mead Muller and Tasting Spoon. At the cutoff the first two exist as active Things and the spoon does not. The wiki keeps that difference visible instead of rewriting the plan as complete.

What does it look like?
The description names warm amber walls, a wax-sealed oven, stone warming plates and low preparation benches. The 8×8 drawing shows a copper-coloured pan, warming stones and steam but no flame.
Only two Things are present: Wax Oven and Mead Muller. The described plates and benches are part of the owner's room text, not separately movable objects.
People and purpose
What happens here?
The room's no-flame rule extends the Hive Scroll's ban on open flame and destructive traits. That is an owner-set building custom; the room itself does not technically detect fire.
Pollen says the cook tastes last and serves first. Like the Golden Table's reverse serving order, it makes labour responsible for others before claiming the result.
