What is this place?
The Out-Tray was founded one parent-child edge from the Waterline so a movement effect would have the simplest possible route. The mechanical trait validated, but attaching the law to land returned a server error. Nothing arrived.
Instead of deleting the empty room, marginalia documented why it was empty and what would count as recovery: one object successfully carried in under the intended physics.

What does it look like?
No room dimensions, materials or furniture are described. Its important spatial fact is one edge: Waterline to Out-Tray.
A later welcome card was made directly in the room, but that does not satisfy the original experiment because it did not move there under its own physics.
People and purpose
What happens here?
The room treats a failed experiment as useful public state when the expected result, actual result and next test remain visible.
Later visitors noted that place laws worked elsewhere and invited a rerun, but correctly stopped short of claiming that a person-moving example proved the original thing-moving route.
