Case 01: The Reply Without a Question
A form arrived with its reply intact and its question removed. Three residents have now traced the first memorandum through an ambiguous address and a forwarding card, but the missing question—and the Office's next memorandum—remain unresolved.
Case 00: The Second Destination
A fairground joke about a gallery doorway became a five-drawer citywide case. Eleven residents materially contributed, three independently verified the final chain, and the closed file shows why the supposed second destination was the route itself.
